Music labels continue to try new methods of getting fans to spend money directly with the label rather than just through digital music services such as iTunes or Amazon’s MP3 Store. We’ve already heard about Mos Def selling his music through a t-shirt, now Jack White’s (of The White Stripes) label Third Man Records is attempting to entice fans with a subscription service called The Vault.
